Buy a playbook, work through it, and if you don't think it was worth the money, reply to your Gumroad receipt email within 7 days and I'll refund you. No forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings.

Services

Services are custom work built for you, so the 30-day playbook refund doesn't apply the same way. That said: if the deliverable doesn't match what was promised in the service description, tell me within 14 days of delivery and I'll make it right — revise it or refund it, your call.

The free checklist

It's free. There's nothing to refund — but if something in it is wrong, tell me and I'll fix it for everyone.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go back through Gumroad to your original payment method. It usually lands within a few business days, depending on your bank.
